Reaching agreement with a buyer on price and terms can be as quick as a couple of weeks in some circumstances, completing due diligence, contracts and settlement often takes a lot longer, particularly if the buyer is using a bank loan to fund the acquisition.
Based on assessment of your objectives and other factors including location, business model, and what you can offer a buyer and how well prepared you are, we will provide a practical timeframe that the entire transaction is likely to take until settlement.
